📦 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be in original packaging and include all manuals, parts, and accessories.
A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested before sending any items back.
Custom-built or special-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
❗ Restocking Fees
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15–25%, depending on the manufacturer’s terms. This helps cover shipping, inspection, and repackaging costs.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable freight service and insuring the return for high-value items.
Items damaged during return transit will not be eligible for a refund.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:
Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Contact us within 48 hours at support@stackliftsupply.com with your order number and images.
We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
