The EPT20L Lithium-ion powered pallet truck takes material handling to the next level and matches the right tool for maximum productivity and value.  The EPT20L features a small power head at just 17” long, making it an excellent choice for lift gate delivery fleets, C-store deliveries, and heavy-duty warehouse and manufacturing applications.  With a swappable lithium battery, 48V power and a compact design, the EPT20L offers users a better way to get the job done right, in record time.

Drive and Travel Conrols
48-volt Curtis travel control with permanent magnet drive motor.

Control Head
Travel, lift & lower functions, and creep speed controls are located on the ergonomic control head. All operator controls are accessible without having to lift one’s hand from the handle grips. The control head is designed to allow for easy operation with either hand and includes a belly button reversing switch, dual butterfly travel controls, horn, battery discharge indicator, wake-up buttons, and key switch. The low mounted tiller arm offers excellent operator comfort and minimum steering effort.

Hydraulics
DC pump and chrome plated cylinder provides for smooth and efficient lifting.

Electrical
Water resistant connectors and shrouded wiring harness supply power reliably to components. System includes an emergency power disconnect and covered on-board dock for the Easy Exchange HD Battery.

Brakes
Electromagnetic brake provides good stopping power when handle is upright or lowered beyond the operating range.

Duty Cycle
Revolutionary Easy Exchange HD Battery delivers up to 3.0 hours of operation and can be fully charged within 1.5 hours.

In-Home Delivery – Avg. Shipping Time 7-10 Business Days

In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days

In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.

The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?

The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
