If you’re lifting heavy-duty trucks or larger vehicles, the HD2P-12000F gets the job done without breaking a sweat. With a 12,000 lb capacity and over 10 feet of drive-thru width, this thing is built wide, tall, and strong. The “Big Foot” base plates add serious stability, and the dual 3″ cylinders with low-friction chain rollers make for smooth lifting every time.

You’ve got a solid 76.5″ max lift height, and it still keeps a low 5″ pad height to fit under low-clearance frames. Comes standard with low-profile arms, free mounting hardware, and a durable powder-coated finish that holds up in busy shops. Power runs on 220V single phase and needs 6″ of concrete at 3,000 PSI.

Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

In-Home Delivery – Avg. Shipping Time 7-10 Business Days

In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.

In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days

In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.

The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.

Do I need White Glove Setup or can I do it myself?

The chairs are simple to setup. It only takes about 20 minutes. The only reason setup is required is because most chairs ship with the arms detached to make it narrower, lighter and easier to move into your home.
The setup is basically just screwing the arms to the chair. It includes easy to follow instructions and does not require special tools or skills. There are also wheels on the bottom of the chair to make it easier to move.
If you want them to setup the chair inside your home, please select the option for “White Glove Setup”. We don't recommend it for most people it because it's an easy way to save yourself the money. But we're happy to add it to your order if you'd like.
