We accept returns on new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be in original packaging and include all manuals, parts, and accessories.
A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested before sending any items back.
Custom-built or special-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
โ Restocking Fees
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15โ25%, depending on the manufacturerโs terms. This helps cover shipping, inspection, and repackaging costs.
๐ Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable freight service and insuring the return for high-value items.
Items damaged during return transit will not be eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:
Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Contact us within 48 hours at support@stackliftsupply.com with your order number and images.
We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to replace or repair the item at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, weโll notify you of the refund status:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5โ10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
